Delivery

Free on orders over £45, £2.95 on all other orders. Our delivery charges are based on Royal Mail and Parcel Force rates.

We aim to dispatch deliveries within 24hrs of receiving those (excluding weekends). Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days, depending on the service used.

For high value items, despatch will be via special delivery which will incur a separate charge. You will be contacted via email regarding this prior to despatch. Special delivery can also be requested for items of an urgent nature. Again you will be contacted of the cost.

We are happy to despatch to locations outside the UK, and this will be made via airmail dependant on weight and size, and a cost will be emailed to you prior to despatch.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to the following address:-

Please remember to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
