Delivery
Free on orders over £45, £3.95 on all other orders. Our delivery charges are based on Royal Mail and Parcel Force rates.
We aim to dispatch deliveries within 24hrs of receiving those (excluding weekends). Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days, depending on the service used. Occasionally unforeseen circumstances can delay a delivery so we suggest you allow 7-10 days.

We are not at present able to dispatch to locations outside of the U.K. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a separate delivery charge – please call for details.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to the following address:-

Please remember to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
